Not good at all

The worst service I’ve received…..I took my polo TSI polo for my first service at vw Northcliff when it came back my stop and go option is no longer working……should’ve took my car where I bought it I Midrand they have a greet service….i kept taking my car there 3x but no resolution at all. Last week I was told the internet saver was done after my car was there for like hours. They had system issues understandable….Kyle the the mechanical was fixing my car from day one told me that he was going to call me once the server is back on that was like last week Wednesday until today I have not received any call from them or in the appointment to fix my issue.
