DISGUSTING SERVICE VOLKSWAGEN RUSTENBURG
My whole experience I had from Volkswagen Rustenburg Supergroup Dealership was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
From day 1 when my Partner and I contacted them uptil now (more than 2 months later) every single thing there I had a problem with.
1st - Every single call was from me to the salesman Tumi, I basically had to beg him to buy a car from them. Not once he contacted or emailed me. He didn't do any effort to make the sale at all, it felt like he didn't want to sell the car. We saw the car online and wanted to purchase it and unfortunately we end up with Tumi as the salesperson who made the experience terrible. 2nd - The FNI didn't do any affort to communicate with me and get a few rates from the bank, she just type in a few rates herself and after I said I want to put down a deposit of R100k she still worked it out with a balloon payment (why will I put down a deposit and add a baloon payment) we went the whole time back and forth. 3rd - After the salesman Tumi said everything is ready and the moment the finance is sorted out from the FNI he will jump in the car and bring it, however that was not true and the car could only be delivered 2 days after everything was sorted out with the FNI 4th - Darius the Manager at Volkswagen Rustenburg Supergroup was so rude and disrespectful towards my Partner when we called and ask why we could not get the car as proposed by Tumi. The whole time he just defended the salesman who gave us TERRIBLE service and not once he apologized for the experience we had so far. 5th - When the car was delivered (30Nov) they said nothing is faulty to the car and has a full service history, and the app connect is just an app that I need to download so that it can work, however none of this was true. 6th - The permit they gave me is valid for 21 days. 16 days (15 Dec) after the vehicle was delivered I still didn't hear anything from them, I contacted Tumi the salesman and he promised to deliver the license plate by Friday 17 Dec, however that did not happen and said it will be delivered by the Monday 20 Dec. The Saturday 18 Dec they only delivered a permit. No license plates. 7th - I emailed a complaint of my experience so far with the dealership to the DP Willem van Tonder on 17 Dec, which he still didn't respond to that mail. 8th - on 20 Dec which will be 21 Days after my car is Delivered to me, Tumi the salesperson emailed me and ask me to do a BRNC so that they can registered the car on my business name. If you buy your car from a dealership they are supposed to do that for you, and this also means they didn't do ANYTHING in that 21 days after delivery to get my license discs and registration done to the car? After various of emails they say that it's my responsibility to do a BRNC, after a while they said they can do it but only send me a quote on 18 Jan 2022 of R2300 (this normally cost R550 maximum and the dealerships are supposed to cover it). I'm busy to do my own BRNC that only cost me R500. (Again it is not supposed to be my problem to sort out and pay for) 9th - I had to ask them again 13 Jan after not hearing anything from anyone for another permit as the 2nd one I had already expired 7 Jan. 10th - 15 Dec there came a message on my screen that say "Lost of tyre Pressure", and 22 Dec it says "Oil service and inspection in 30 Days" however we went on vacation the next day (with another car) and only returned 9 Jan 2022. I then booked my car in at Menlyn Volkswagen 13 Jan 2022 for a service and to check everything. 11th - After my car was serviced, Menlyn Volkswagen noticed a few things that are faulty: • The car was never been serviced before, was sepose to be serviced on 15 000kilos and I bought it on 21 000 kilos •Still had the filter from when car was made (which also states that is wasn't been serviced before because the filter was supposed to be changed by the 15 000 kilos •Airbag was faulty •Battery needs to be replaced •Tyre was plugged (bought it like that from Rustenburg Volkswagen dealership) •App connect is not working and need a license from dealer ship that cost over R2k •The buttom part was open and there is 3 or more skrews out (why was it opened if it was never been serviced before?) I think there was more I just cant remember everything. 12th- After I emailed the report than Menlyn gave me of everything that is wrong, the response I got from Darius the Manager of Volkswagen Rustenburg (after I always nees to ask 2 days later to respond to my emails) is shocking, he's denying everything. Again no apologies for everything that happen so far. Willem van Tonder the DP of Volkswagen Rustenburg Supergroup who I also mailed again didn't even bother to respond.
So today is 30 January, my 3rd permit expires 2 Feb 2022 and I still don't have a licensed disc and car is still not registered on my business name. Nothing has been done from Volkswagen Rustenburg Supergroup so far.
MOST TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SHOCKING SERVICE I RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIVE!!!!!!
Would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to buy a car from them!!!!!!
