CAR TURNED IN TO RAGGED

I am so disappointed by the service that I continue to get at VW Rustenburg. Last year I took my car for service for its 45000 km like around 7 am then at about 4: 30 pm , they phoned saying my car is ready for collection when I got to the dealer My car was still on the same spot that I left it at not touched still displaying service your car sign on the dash board, when I asked about it they apologized then took my car for like 10 minutes then said they are done with its service.

On 22 July 2021 , I took my car for service, I was assisted by Lizelle. There was nothing wrong with my Car before service . The following day which was basically less than 24 hours my car clash was no longer engaging , i was seeing smoke from the engine. My car that was functioning so well turned into ragged car.

At VW Rustenburg they not even helping with the condition of my car as they saying what ever my car is showing got nothing to do with what they did in the car during service.

I am highly disappointed by VW Rustenburg and no I have to use a public transport while I have a car that I bought it brand new and have been servicing it regularly with them.
