Bad service from vw rustenburg

I took my car for major service on the 25th October 2022. Upon collecting the vehicle and checking the invoice on the 26th October, i noticed that the fuel filter wasn't change, the roller and tensioner wasnt changed too. I took the car back to the service provider ( vw rustenburg). They told me that it wasnt necessary for the fuel filter to be changed. I asked if that possible that on all 4 services i took my car to them,it wasn't necessary, they said yes. They checked my service record and that verified that it has never been changed but they said they wont change it unless if it shows or give me problems. They further said the fuel filter wasn't in the service package. I escalated the matter to vw sa whom too told me the same thing after few weeks of their internal investigation. I highlighted to vw sa that the fuel filter shows to be covered according to my service plan contract, thry adked for the contract and i emailed it to them( for attention Vanessa Hamilton). Upon receiving that contract they told me they cant comment much on that contract because it wasn't from.vw sa but bivest Mccarthy. I tried to ask them if that contract wasn't useful as i purchased that service plan via vw menlyn branch and Vanessa told me to take matter forth to bidvest Mccarthy. Apparently vw is selling us bidvest Mccarthy product but they act like they dont know anything about that contract details. I asked them that why then if that contract isn't theirs, are they selling it to us,they couldn't answer me. I asked again that because i purchased that service plan, and all that needs to be replaces are well caterd for by bidvest Mccarthy, why cant they change and bill bidvest, they failed to answer me too. How can they save someones money if its not vw sa paying for those goods? They failed to fully service my car but rather opt to give me brakes report and bulbs. I didnt take my car to them for inspection but major service ( 120 000km). So they rarher try to maje extra cash from by fixing brakes and fit new bulbs. Lastly i tried to contact bidvest Mccarthy but could only reach bidvest insurance who rep**** to me that they no longer sell service plan packages, they couldn't even retrieve my details on their system, now my biggest question is that who is then vw sa selling those plan for because they are underwritten by bidvest Mccarthy but they are clueless of such.

I cant wait for my fuel filter to give me problems because i dont know what other damage can that cause and which might affect me negatively financially to fix it because the car doesn't have any warranties.
