BAD BAD SERVICE. the level of ignorance from the lady called Nellin Nel. Once you buy a car they start treating you like **** when you need service. My car had a sound effect on the left tyre and it was fixed after I went up and down with VW for 2 week, not the same sound is on the right fron tyre and im told my service have expired. to top it all they have a nerve to tell me to trade my car. what a **** service. I wish I never bought a VW car.
