Dishonesty

Ranier at vw Benoni Princess refused to honour battery warranty and replace battery on Tiguan yet warranty only expires in October 2019 on note on the battery. He asked me if I did an alternator test after battery was replaced by vw in October 2017 after buying the vehicle. I only had the vehicle for about 3 weeks after buying it when battery was replaced by vw in October 2017.

Craig never asked me to do alternator test because he had done road worthy test before selling the vehicle to me. Ranier confirmed that Craig wasn't informed by the place where he bought the battery for me to do alternator test. VW would have had to do it anyway since I only had the vehicle for about 3 weeks after buying it.

I want vw to honor battery warranty and replace battery as the warranty is until October 2019.
