VW Polokwane

Im not happy wit VW Polokwane service i took my car to the service today morning dey even closed,the branch without handing my car back to me,the descence of atleast calling me and inform me if the car will be ready the following day,now I've been waiting for their call the whole day,Its my first time experiencing this extremely poor service.
