unsatisfied costumer

i bought a car in january 2020 around march i heard the sounds i guess from the breaks as i was approaching a robots. but i just thought to myself it cant be my car since its brand new it can't be having some sounds. between april and may the sound continued and i booked my car in may and it was checked and they found nothing. but the sound continued i booked it again in July they found nothing. and the sound is still continuing and i called the same day to inform them. they told me that they will log call with VW SA i followed them up, till today im still waiting for their call,. Honestly i am so disappointed because the sound is not getting worse and i am expected to pay a brand new car that already had some faults. so far i booked my car 3 times at vw, it was the driver's window that was not opening now the breaks which im not sure if its really the breaks. but VW POLOKWANE THEY DONT SEE ANY PROBLEM WHEN THEY CHECK IT.
