Understaffed, overworked, ineffective, inefficient!

The Audi Service Centre in Polokwane needs a huge improvement on attending to their service clients. They cannot able to provide a proper and efficient service with only 2 service advisors assisting all the Audi clients in the entire Limpopo province! We are not treated with urgency, there is also lack of effectiveness. One would rather drive out of the province to go get better service!
