Refusing to pay insurance Claim

I bought a vehicle from VW POlokwane on 24/11/2016, the sale came with Scratch and dent insurance for 2 years ending 24/11/2018. I recently claimed on the 24/11/2018 they are refusing to pay my claim. this company is ******** me daylight, how can you say I'm insured for 2 years but you refusing to pay me the time i was insured and I even claimed before my policy expired on after.
