I experience Terrible Treatment at VW Polokwane

I'm very disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received from VW Polokwane since last month to-date. on the 22/072019 I booked my car ( Golf VII ) with VW Polokwane for diagnose as the car didn't have power. I drove the car to the dealership in the morning and I booked the car with the service adviser , Job card No: 43572 and order No:267876. later same day service advisor called and tell me that they are not sure what could be the problem with the car, but they suspect piston or cylinder which they must open the engine and cost price to open and fix piston or cylinder could come up to R60k. i told him that I don't have money and I would like to come collect the car. He then advise me to come collect it the following day as it was late, I went to VW the following day to collect the car , he asked me if I had arrange a towing truck as the car is not drivable. I reminded him that I drove the car to the workshop and I expect the car at the same condition i brought it with. He told me is not possible as when they were busy diagnosing the car, they damaged some rubbers which they say i must buy, I felt is not fair to me as I'm not the one who damage those rubbers. I left without the car and asked them to contact me when when the car is ready for collection and damaged rubbers are replaced. I called several times without success and on the 13/08/2019 I decided to send an email to the workshop manager, he called and advise me to come see him with the service advisor, but still insisting on me paying for the rubbers. I went to VW to see him on the 14/08/2019 and i was told he went out, they asked me to leave contact number and reason for the meeting, which i did and he will call me when he comes back. till now i am still waiting. i have been struggling for a month without a car and VW Polokwane management doesn't seem to care how i survive.
