Appalling service

An appalling service I received from Volkswagen Polokwane, I made a vehicle purchase which I was not happy about three months back, a vehicle came without the spare key which I requested from the sales man called Phoshoko, which I receive after three months, which in the beginning of the purchase the car had mechanical problems which I raised to the salesman and was told that how the car was, I was told that the car made service and check before presented to me, but to my surprise the car made the break pads sound and a funny sound when starting, then I went back to the dealerships to complain only to find that the salesman has left the company, then I am as advice's to trade in the car which I did so, but was given only one option to purchase, then I had no choice but to purchase that, the reason why I could not get the car I wanted was because my score was low and that was caused by the mess up that the first sales man has done, so I died for his sins, the manager did not even bother to intervene for me to get what I wanted, to top it up the instalment went up by over R2000.00 including insurance, then on the first car a tracker was installed, which now a unit transfer need to be performed, tracker company says is over a R1000 to do it, then i called the dealer manager to find the way forward, he promised to come back to me asap as he is consulting with the dealer principal, but up to now I am still waiting and the tracker company is calling left right and center, believe me, my experience with vw polokwane was the worded of them all.
