Pathetic service

Pathetic service! My vehicle was towed and booked in on the 17th of February 2020 and until now I have to always call them even when I request a call back from Magda in the service department. I was told last week Friday the 21st of February that a mechanic will have a look at the car and no one called to update me. Yesterday I called again and the phone was given to a mechanic to hear from me what happened to the car and STILL no assurance whatsoever was given regarding the process to follow or whether or not this vehicle will be attended to and WHEN IT WILL BE ATTENDED TO. I'm struggling without a car as I need a car to do my work. I asked for a courtesy vehicle and once again I was told that Magda will give me a call. This vehicle was purchased in November 2019 and a week after that I took it back to Market Square because of a "whining sound" coming from he car when the steering wheel is turned. I was told they didn'thear a thing but when I took the car back, the noise came back so was there ever an Inspectiondone on this car or did Market Square sell me a car with problems? I am very disappointed as I was referred to them and spoken so highly about.
