Bad service from VW Kelston uitenhage

I am having a bad experience with this dealership from the day I purchased my car. Firstly they called me in to come fetch the car, I got there and sat for hours and no one was coming with any concrete reason as to why I can't take the car with and finally they told me about permits that are needed well after so many hours. They gave me a courtesy car in the late hours of the day, a car with no petrol I had to fill up the car my self. They honestly didn't even care to check if the car had petrol or anything. The salesperson by the name Siba Bam didn't even care to check the car herself to make sure I am happy as I am her client. Now I am struggling with the car registration, she is not communicating with me at all and I am the one calling and she is not even picking up my calls at times. I had to go stand in a queue for hours at the traffic department trying to register the car and I was short of certificate they were supposed to give me that no one care to mention it to me. According to my invoice they supposed to be dealing with the car registration as I have paid for it. Siba sent me a ***** picture of license registration and claimed that it's mine when I checked the dates and registration number nothing is corresponding. I have been since waiting for her to deliver them as she promised that she would and I didn't hear from her since. I don't understand why I have to be the one running after her about this, as she isn't picking up my calls I even made means to come to her town so she can easily deliver them to me as she wouldn't travel far and still she is not picking up my calls.
