VOLKSWAGEN MAFIKENG HAS A VERY POOR SERVICE

am very disappointed on Volkswagen Mafikeng. On the 25_01_20 I had a breakdown while driving my new polo vivo. They came to get the car on the 26-01-20. On the 31-01-20 I received a quote requesting me to pay R5879.97 for all the damages caused, and said the rest of the damages were covered by them as the car is still under warranty. I paid 5900.00 on the 27-02-20 and waited for the phone call but nothing. To my surprise in the 19_03-20 I received another quote requesting me to pay R10848.00 as there are more damages and they cannot cover them. I feel that VW Mafikeng is full of ****** as at first they said all the damages were covered but now they are not. I just want them to fix my car as it is now sitting in the sun and I will encounter more problems when it comes back
