Poor service

I bought a car last year in May from VW in Mafikeng the problem is that now it’s leaking from the sunroof, I took in the 1st time and they said there is a part they need to order that it must be replaced. a week passed and I I went again to hear them out that’s where the story changed. They said they need to try other method before they can order the part so the car spend a night at the garage. This morning I got a shocked when they said the problem is now from the windscreen I immediately called PG glass , they send the technician to come hear the report.

When the technician who was replacing the windscreen from PG glass came and I simply asked for Vw technician also to simply come so give us his report and explain since well no one understood his report.He refused and sent a very harsh message via his colleague , that he has done his work that he’s Not going to entertain us, that we should just leave the car for the weekend if we have a problem he will call the Technician himself on Monday to assist keep in mind that it’s raining cat and dogs the car is still leaking non stop I can’t leave the car without placing something so that the seat don’t get soaked.
