2 weeks waiting time for my car and no feedback on repairs

Dropped my car at the dealership on the 20th May , after a glow plug sign appeared on the dashboard Till today no one has bothered to call me to let me know when will I receive my car despite the many attempts I have done callin, coming there No one knws when my car will be done at VW MAHIKENG The poor receptionist doesn't even knw what to say to me anymore The vechiles repairs turn around time is dissapointing and the mechanics shud provide regular feedback to the service advisors to update us Im not even able to go to work bcoz VW MAHIKENG and VW SA waits for me to call them first This is not fair and I am not the only one crying about this We can't be using social media to lodge complaints every time
