Fantastic Experience Buying a Car from VW Knysna

A huge thank you to Pierre, Francois and Eric at VW Knysna. I bought a second hand Polo from them recently and their service was fantastic.

1. They offered me an exceptional deal. 2. The car that was five years old looked brand new by the time they delivered it. 3. They paid special attention to personalised service by hand painting a little VW bus and delivered it with cupcakes - there are few businesses in Knysna who know how to look after their locals - these guys certainly know how it's done! 4. On day three of having the vehicle in my possession, I noticed a small chip in the windscreen. They collected my car, replaced the windscreen and returned my car for no charge. 5. They did all of this with a smile, they were polite, professional and followed up with me one month after the sale to ensure that all was in order.

Now that's great service!!
