Disgusting service from Hatfield VW Pretoria, ****** ******.

I've received the most horrible service from this branch and I am very close to taking them to small claims court. I purchased parts from them after being advised , however the parts were incorrect for my polo. Upon realising this, I tried to return me, however they flat-out refused to take them back when 1: this was not communicated when buying and 2: it is written nowhere on the till slip. Now i've been given the run around between them and their P.E manufacture plant on whether these parts should be taken back or not. This is absolutely disgusting and I suspect this is not the first time they are doing this, ****** ******. If I dont get back a call from this branch, I will never go back for their service and will publisize this feedback all over social media.
