Terrible service!

I bought a brand New polo and from the time I bought it the lifters has been making a noise. My car is at +-47000km on the clock and the lifters are getting louder. VW keeps telling me it is a normal fault on the car.

I got stuck without petrol when me petrol gauge told me I have a quarter tank of petrol. VW told me there is nothing wrong and I must wait till I get stuck again and take a video. I am a young female that works at night.

I am not happy with their service because I told them exactly what is wrong with my car and they giving me **** stories and not fixing the problem.
