Terrible Sales Agent Interaction

I went for a test drive and went to apply for finance through them. After the approval, I decided to go with another vehicle. After which my new car choices were slandered and I was blocked by the sales agent Ayesha. Thanks for the professionalism Ayesha, really leaves a great taste in my mouth when I think of Claremont VW.
