Shocking service pathetic!!!!

Shocking pathetic service from vw claremont. I had an issue where my radio didn't wanted to play says" component protection active "I notified vw nobody called me back the same day on my way to fetch my wife the dashboard flicker says" safe cp" I then called vw as I was still waiting on their call and explained the situation again anyway I went to vw claremont myself spoke to Mark the service manager he advise the car needs to come in however they would not be able to provide me courtesy car then I just stormed out cause firstly we pay for service and If I don't get service then what is point of having the car... and not to along ago I thinking of getting a tiguan but I definitely changed my mind since this is the service I received from VW. They should stop looking at people by their faces in the end it is us who pays their salary....
