Poor service and ******

Took my vehicle for a scheduled service left there with the car giving problems.....when I reported it to sales personal I was told they will get back to me.....when I asked what will happened if the vehicle should deteriorate further I was told I am liable....I asked what the complaints channels were, they told there isnt such a thing. I am a coloured male in this country so what do I know. If it was a white person surely the service would be beyond excellence.
