Horrible service! Exorbitant prices!

We had 3 issues with our vehicle, front passenger window was faulty, bonnet latch " Cables " and Waterpump needed replacing. It’s understandable for waterpump to be priced quite high, the window button replacement was priced fine. But the price to replace broken cables at R8500 is absolutely disgusting. We payed for everything and received our vehicle. Our roof lining was covered in black dirt and vehicle did not receive a complementary wash which we have gotten in the past. We will never go to VW as the service we received was horrible. Good luck trying to get in touch with a manager!
