DISGUSTED!

The 1 Star Rating I have given above is actually 1 Star too many.

For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to book my car in for a service, but the service one receives from VW Claremont just sucks! Dealing with Shihaam the booking clerk has been an absolute cringing situation. Her failure to return mails or follow up is shocking, and when I leave messages for someone to get back to me NO ONE calls!

Today I called again and was promised a call back, but here I am, still waiting.

The part of my car I need replaced are my brakes, surely when this is mentioned it should be priority as in my opinion this is a High Risk Part on any vehicle and the replacement there of should be considered important, BUT NOT TO VW CLAREMONT!

But when needing a vehicle a million people will give you a call to try and sell you a car that you cannot fix if anything happens to it as no one gets back to you.

Absolutely Shocking!
