Brilliant service from VW Claremont

Got in contact with VW Claremont in Nov 2023 As my business was affected due to being closed down during COVID I battled to get Finance ( And my age-69 ) Within a week I got financed via their in house financing.Selected a car And within 10 days it was delivered to Trichardt in Mpumalanga Brlilliant service up to now.Took delivery of the vehicle at VW in Trichartd on Dec 7th 2023 On Tuesday 12 Dec i enquired about the registration and was promised the paperwork and number plated would be delivered to my home address Not receiving anything I wrote WhatsApp messages, left messages at reception with no response In the meantime, traveling over the festive season I was subjected to black traffic officer's interrogation as to where the license disc was. On Jan 30th ( Seven and n half weeks later )I spoke to the so-called Dealer Principal at Claremont VW and she promised to give the matter her urgent attention Today is Feb 6th and I haven't received anything. Only one word PATHETIC!!
