Bad Customer service ever or should I say ******

Bad Service ever,,, from the lower to the seniors they all the same,, i bought a car from Claremont Mastercars in July this year.im from Durban by the way and after everything was approved and documents signed that was the last to get their attention,,

For them to deliver my car, it was a mission yet i was already paid for delivery.. I went to a extra mile as to Google the transporter that they were using i was directly in contact with the transporter without them knowing.

And no one bothered to follow up with me and ask if I did received my car.. When the car was here i had to take it to licensing department for them to change the registration number to ND as it was CA..

Everything was processed by licensing department and they told me i must take the to COR.. I called Claremont to notify them as they were supposed to send COR certificate with the as they told me they took the car to COR before it was delivered to me.. They said it fine i must take it to COR at my own cost they will reimburse me.. I must send all proof that I did the COR.

After i sent all the proof to them as requested, that was the last time to hear from them.. They not responding on my email and my calls..

I will recommend that if you consider to buy a car find another dealer...
