Awful Client Service & Experience

I am still waiting since Monday as promised by you for the video footage of the day of my service please.

I would like to file complaints.

The one guy, who had black framed glasses, said he would fill the stone damage on the windscreen during my service and did not follow through.

The rudeness, attitude and pretentiousness from Simbulele at dropoff and upon collection. I never want to deal with her again.

This is the second service at VW Claremont I was treated unfairly and was an unpleasant experience and disappointing with client service and staff not honouring their word.

The inspector also didn't check my car properly for scratches, during the service if new scratches was seen, it should have been marked on the report and called me to notify knowingly my car was unclean at drop-off.

Once again service department don't do their jobs properly and making me, the client, its my fault. No accountability taken by VW Claremont.
