Appalling service, zero customer relationship management

I have been awaiting a response from the service manager I dealt with at VW Claremont for over a month.

I have called at different hours of the day on more than 5 occasions, leaving messages with reception and asking them to escalate it to his manager - still no feedback.

The service manager was supposed to 'manage' my vehicle issue with VW, a task he said he'd initiate when I left my service on 04 Feb 2021. The likelihood that anything regarding this issue has progressed since a month ago is slim to none.
