Appaling after-sales-service

Appalling after-sales-service. Purchased a vehicle, and received a fine on my record, for not displaying the license disk and number plate, which was dated before my ownership. Brought this to the sales consultant's attention, to be told it has got nothing to do with him.

Judging from the reviews, all they can state is that they are concerned... Why not handle the issue at hand. The manager was included in the correspondence, and no communication from their side.

I have always driven a VW, but, can honestly say, that when its time to trade-in, it will be the last.
