Pathetic Service

The service at VW Brits is very very bad. I bought my car in December and it was taken for service in May but the break pads after service was still making a noise, the battery life was down and I got stuck in middle of July... Now it's stuck as oil speel out. My car was towed at about 7pm and I called vw Receptionist Cynthia at 15:20 to kindly assist me with calling Road assistant but she refused until I specifically had to mention that my car has just 8mnth then she said she will call me back, she took over 20min to return my call, I called back myself only for her to give me the Roadside assistance number ND I had to call myself. I was very very frustrated and did explain that I'm at Maboloka and our area is high risk for hijacking but they didn't care. I reacted based on her action,today I called the service department and spoke to a guy called Jarc if not mistaken "the service manager".... We started all well until he told me that it's my problem that the car has not arrived. I felt very racially oprresed and because I'm a woman I don't need to ask or know my rights. I'm very very sick and tired of their treatment, when u buy the car they are happy but when they need to maintain the car it's an issue.
