Bad Service, book your car somewhere instead when you want to service

Very bad service and poor communication. I booked my car on Wednesday for service and A/C repairs as my AC only workedx on setting 4,explain that I have an extended service warranty from Liquid capital, they told me to bring the car on Saturday 8am. When I get there they told me that they struggled to get authorisation for my service from Liquid Capital the whole week and that they dont do repairs but only service on Saturday. Basically they failed to call me friday to postpone since they knew that on Saturday there was nothing they could have helped me with Liquid Capital didnt give authorisation and since they know they cant repair the AC on Saturday, 1 trip wasted going to VW. They tell me to bring the car Monday morning instead, I do 7am drop my car off remind them of the A/C as well fine. Around 3pm I call to check the progress, I am told that they are still waiting for authorisation to service yet they dont call me to let me know, had I not called I wouldn’t have known that my car was just sitting there not serviced. I ask them since they havent gotten authorisation they did fix A/C because they dont need authorisation, they say a technician will only have a look when they service the car just imagine. I decide to call liquid capital to inquire why they are not giving authorisation, guess what, Liquid Capital sends the proof that they had authorised VW Brits to service the car earlier meaning VW brits was just giving me a false story for not servicing my car. Only then after I tell them that I called Liquid Capitel, I start getting tracker notifications that they are busy with my car. A/C wise they claim that they have to order the parts from centurion to get it fixed, something that they could have done earlier when I was dropping my car off so that when I collect they car would have been serviced and repaired.
