Car damaged at VW eastrand mall

I took my car for repairs at VW eastrand mall got a service adviser by the name of Tristan Naidoo, he called his foreman who listened to the sound from the engine then he told me it's coming from the gearbox I left it to be fixed was told it will take 2weeks then 2 weeks was 4 weeks at that time they refusing with a courtesy car they told me they all fully booked I had to fight to get a courtesy car after 4 full weeks. When they decided to fix it was called to go collect it that was after another 2 weeks no one drove with me to test the car if it's fixed or not I drove and found out it has another noise from the engine not the one from gearbox took it back it stayed with them for another month they called again telling me it's fixed and that I should change the tyres because they are damaged and they are the reason for the sound,my question was I brought the car with damaged tyres so why is it that after they fixed the car only then there is a sound. I took it back to VW as the sound was still there that was 2 weeks ago.I got a call on Monday to come collect it now they are sure it is fixed another problem now the car doesn't change to gear number 5.I am driving a car that is changing only 4 gears I do not know if they are taking advantage because I am a female and black I don't know if they are doing what they doing because they not getting cash from me as it has manufacturer warranty. I fell victimized by these people they are not taking me seriously I am fed up with their treatment. It is as if I took my car the a mechanic working under a tree on the streets who is teaching himself how to fix cars. I am taking it today I am waiting for another story they will tell me as it has been stories all along I just want my car fixed that's all I want.
