I had a pleasant experience with these guys. I bought a carburetor kit online to be couriered and later realized that there is an additional component I am going to need, so I e-mailed them to try and get that included in the same delivery. I would have paid for the extra component, but Ivan from Volkspares gave me discount on the carburetor kit and also on delivery so that the extra component could be included without additional payment from my side. His response was also quick and efficient.
