incomputent account service

they phoned me to subscribe to Volksblad only for Sat, I gave then my account number and email. the end of Sept they phone me and said that my account unsufficiant funds. I told them that there are sufficiant fund, but I dont see that their debitorder on my account, phone them, I found out that they have the incorrect accno and also incorrect email adres. So I cancel die Volksblad, ask their acc no and reference so that Ican pay them the outstanding amount. As from Okt I did not recieve any Volkblad, but they debit my acc again with R28.51, I phone them this morning, now they said they cant credit my acc, I must go to the deliweries and get confirmation that they did not deliver any paper to me. I just feel, its their mistakes and now I must run around
