Worst service from VOLKANO.

I have bought a Volkano Watch from Sterns Thabazimbi on the 4th of December 2023, for my husbands birthday. Janauary I have take it back because it was dead, nothing working not even when you plug it in the charger. I received it back and a weak later it was not charging, and it was sent back again. March again it was sent back to Volklano because it was dead again. The begining of May it was sent in again, it was dead and not charching. Friday 10/05 I received it back. Still it is not working properly, it doesn't won't to swipe left of right to go into the settings. So know it has to go back for the 5th time. I have send Volkano a email just sorry for the problem sent it back. How many times must this watch been send back before they replace it of give my money back. Worst service I have ever receive from a company.
