Volkano Speaker Customer Support

Recently experience an issue with a Volkano speaker which I reported via their support email. Received and immediate response and apology. Tumelo recommended that I return product to place of purchase for repair/refund. I followed his advice and was immediately given a refund. Due to his excellent customer service , I did not hesitate to buy another Volkano speaker.
