Volkano sound bar malfunction

I bought a sound bar with a subwoofer on the 32st Oct at incredible connection, the system kept on switching itself in the middle of a song for no reason, we have to unplug and plug it. We dicided to take it back to incredible connections and to our surprise we are told it has to be booked for repairs and it will take 21 days.. We are so frustrated about this because it's not my fault it malfunctions now I have to wait for 21days before I can have music again. Mind you this soundbar is less than a month old and am try not happy with this, it's now December we have birthday parties, our kud enjoys music and now we facing a December with no music and there is no guarantee that this will even be back in 21 days as factories and most places will close for December holidays, I don't want money I just want the product exchanged am not happy at all I paid money to have music in my house and now it's gonna be 21dahs without music, I want this product exchanged asap, there's is no damage to it, it's just faulty I want my exchange am try not happy with this service
