Volkano Scorpio series true wireless earbuds/earphones.

I bought their Scorpio series wireless earbuds that have touch control. The buds can't pair with each other and faulty. We sent an email which they said they would collect them for a exchange and they never came, it's been over a month now. Contacted them again on Twitter and they were condescending towards me telling me my DMs are locked😤😡. They know they won't come to collect and they have no physical address on their website. Disappointing ******* indeed. It's better to buy original brands not internet garbage.
