Volkano: Expensive for nothing

I bought a Marvel Spiderman smar****ch for my son from Toys r us for Christmas. From the time that we bought it, we were unable to use the pedometer or the heart rate indicator so we assumed that we needed to buy a sim before it could be fully functional. Due to the level 3 lockdown, we bought the sim a week ago but despite ensuring that the phone was fully charged and downloading the necessary apps, the phone is not working. Further this watch is so poorly made that the print on the watch is fading off just by putting on my sons wrist. Beside spending R800 on this watch, my son has been left continually disappointed at all our attempts to get this watch to function. I want a full refund.
