Terribly Poor Service from Volkano and Musica Cresta Store.

my speaker was faulty so you guys advised me to take it to Any musica. Took it there and the replacement i got was also faulty Took it once again and the 2nd replacement was also Faulty.

Musica Cresta is now saying i must deal with this myself and they are no longer involved with this issue.

when i contact Volkano i am told that i must pay for delivery and take it to musica before they can take the speaker back.

This back and forth and Finger pointing is Frustrating me. I dont care who is at fault between musica and Volkano. All i want is this mistake to be rectified.

And Dont you dare give me another Faulty product or refer me back to Musica Cresta.

all they do is call the call centre then tell me that i need to contact Volkano Direct and they wont be able to take the speaker.

Volkano tells me to take it to Musica because they must also be held accountable because this was bought from a Musica Store.
