Terrible Sound Bar

This was definitely not a good purchase for me. I wanted to this sound bar for so long and now that I got it, I'm definitely not happy with it. The radio is a absolute disaster it doesn't even scan through all the stations since it's been raining. You have to listen to whatever is clear. I want my money back and TakeALot is telling me that the speaker has been used. Of course I used it how else was I going to find out I don't want it. According to the Consumer Act you can return an item you no longer want and get a full refund if it is with the 30 days of purchase and it's still in sellable condition. So I'm really struggling to understand what their issue is, they can sell it to someone else you'll enjoy it, it's really not working for me.
