Terrible product and zero support

Bought Volkano Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones Sound Sweeper Series from Takealot. Followed the steps to the T, to connect headset to laptop as well as to Samsung S21 however NO WAY. There isnt a designated Bluetooth button on the set either and no other way. Updated all my drivers on my laptop as well. What a terrible product. No troubleshooting online. What a TOTAL waste of money.
