Sound of disappointment

I have heard great things about Volkano and decided to get myself a pair of Bluetooth wireless headphones as I opened the box of headphones everything looked Perfect and once I started to listen to music with the headphones the sound quality was great but after a few weeks of listening to music I saw that the film covering the speaker had started to rip and and then I started to listen to music much less with the headphones after about a week or so I took the headphones off and the and the whole speaker part had fell off I feel that this is quite pathetic because of the brand and I have known them for thier great products this has been very disappointing because I trusted Volkano and I shall not be recommending them to anybody anytime soon I may as well just bought another pair or headphones for a little bit more and it would've lasted longer
