Poor quality watches?

I got one of your smar****ches for Christmas. What a disappointment!!! I had to take it back 3 times already as it doesn't fully charge. The manager at Dischem replaced the watch eventually, but within 2 weeks the watch wouldn't charge. Are you getting rid of sub standard products? How can different watches have the same outcome. I even let my daughter tried to charge it at her place but same issue. Very annoying.
