Negative Customer service not so good product.

Hi there. My earphones that I bought recently dont make a good connection when my phone is my pockets while I am cycling. When I bring the phone physically closer the connection works. When I sent a email too Volkano there is no answer from Volkano. I sent a message via instagram and I got a arrogant message "Have you tried returning them to the store" sorry but i dont work for Volkano I dont know your returns policy. So I rep**** I have contacted your first for advice. After that during the whole day absolutely no reply from anybody no help. If this is the start of customer service what is the end of it. Really I am very unhappy about this lack of basic service and also the quality of the product.
