Great after sales service

I've had good service with Volkano. I bought their smart watch via Takealot and after a couple of swim sessions, it died. I contacted their warranty department and they resolved the issue on time. Communication was great and I got daily updates on the status of the watch repair. I didn't need to contact them further for any feedback. 4 stars because while the watch is fixed, it's no longer functioning like it was previously. It doesn't respond as fast anymore and when using the flash, I see streaks on the screen. I'm afraid to use it while swimming again because I feel like it might not be waterproof anymore and I really don't wanna go through the repairs process again. However, customer service was top notch! Keep it up!
