Faulty smart watch

Wrote a email on 6/08/2023 to Volcano SA (***) as the smart watch we bought my mother in law as a gift in May is faulty. I have had no reply from them yet. Unfortunately we have to save up and purchase a brand we can trust as we can’t trust Volkano.
