Do Volkano exist in SA?

Pity you do't have the option of no stars. I have been battling since Friday to get any sort of response from Volkano - tried "Contact Us" forms online, emailed them, phoned the numbers that I found and keep getting told they will return my call, Facebook - also no response. I need to speak to somebody who can help me with one of their products - Volkano X Silenco headphones as the instruction manual is a waste of paper and I am unable to establish how to use certain features/functions of this item. Simply frustrated beyond belief now. Shocking non-existent service from a big company.
