Disappointing Quality

I'm utterly disappointed in this product. I bought a Bluetooth speaker and in less than a year the charging port has needed to be fixed twice. I had also bought Bluetooth earphones a month ago and again.. Charging port is not working. When I'm told I need to pay for repairs my question is 'But why can't anyone acknowledge that it's the quality of the product'?
